9-22-2008 Blarg:  It was only a matter of time before I did a cat comic about sleeping in a sun ray.  The Almighty Cat Comic Council (ACCC) decreed I had to do one before the end of the year, and I can't have another mark on my Cat Cartoonist profile sheet, especially after the water bowl incident of 2007.  I could lose my Cat Cartoonist license, and this comic would just be an unfunny rug.

We all know rugs make horrible main characters for comic strips, despite what the Rugs for Main Characters Coalition (RMCC) may suggest.  They are better suited as background art.  Great.  Now I got the RMCC after me.  I hate their comics, which push such titles as  "Tramples, the Rug by the Front Door" and "Rugs to Riches: the Story of One Rug Named Matt."  Not only are these comics extremely boring because they consist of a rug talking to itself, but they have really long and ridiculous names.  In conclusion, I have nothing better to talk about.
